For presenters of scientific papers (professors, researchers, and students), the participation fee is €50 and includes attendance at the Conference proceedings, printed materials, as well as coffee and a light meal. The conference attendance fee for anyone interested other than presenters is €20 and includes both in-person and remote attendance. Attendance is free of charge for unemployed people and students.
Please note that attending in person allows delegates to participate in all sessions, including the remote sessions held in a specially designed room on the university premises. In contrast, remote attendance is limited only to the sessions conducted online, whether these are paper presentations or conference plenaries.
Applications to register for the conference must be submitted by August 31, 2026 through the following Conferee Registration Form.
Specifically for scientific papers that will be accepted for presentation at the Conference and in order for them to be included in the final program, at least one of the authors must have completed their registration as a delegate by August 31, 2026.
After the Conference, certificates of attendance will be issued in electronic form to all participants, both for in-person and online attendance.
