The registration fee for the Conference is €20 and covers both in-person and remote attendance. Participation is free for unemployed persons and students. For presenters of scientific papers, the participation fee is €50 and includes attendance at the Conference, printed materials, coffee, and a light meal.

Please note that attending in person allows delegates to participate in all sessions, including the remote sessions held in a specially designed room on the university premises. In contrast, remote attendance is limited only to the sessions conducted online, whether these are paper presentations or conference plenaries.

Applications to register for the conference must be submitted by August 31, 2026, and must be accompanied by the relevant information regarding payment of the participation fee to the INOEK account at the National Bank of Greece (Account Number: 053/481002-30, IBAN: GR7201100530000005348100230).

Specifically for scientific papers that will be accepted for presentation at the Conference and in order for them to be included in the final program, at least one of the authors must have completed their registration as a delegate by August 31, 2026.

After the Conference, certificates of attendance will be issued in electronic form to all participants, both for in-person and online attendance.
